Order Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 5-14 business days after confirmation.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your shipment leaves our warehouse.

Changing Shipping Address

You may modify your shipping address only before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the day of order. Please email [email protected] to request changes.

Different Shipping Address

You can ship to a different address than your billing address.

Shipping Process

To optimize delivery speed, our system automatically determines the best available courier based on your location and current delivery conditions. Typical delivery time is 5–7 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends or holidays.
